A range of negative rake ( teeth lean slightly backwards ) alternate bevel blades for cutting primarily natural timber across the grain on radial arm and mitre/chop saws. Alternate bevel tooth tips sever timber fibres cleanly. Negative rake is a good choice for machines that approach the material from above or from the side, there is less "grab" into the material than with positive rake blades.
